Service Description
Thoughtfully designed balloon installations that bring joy, color, and meaning to your celebration. Each installation is styled with care using high-quality balloons in an organic design, tailored to your chosen color palette. Initial 15 minute (free) design consultation to discuss your event, balloon installation needs, timeline, and vision. To secure your installation date a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your installation. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the day of installation. Please Note: Deposits are non-refundable, as materials are purchased and designs are prepared specifically for your event. In the event of rescheduling, deposits may be applied to a future date.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy **Appointments & Booking** All consultations and services must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. **Payment** Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Prices are listed per session unless otherwise noted. **Cancellations & Rescheduling** Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least **24 hours in advance** of your scheduled session. * Requests made with proper notice may be rescheduled once at no additional charge. * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. **No-Shows** Clients who do not attend their scheduled session without notice will forfeit the session fee. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling. **Consultations** Consultations are intended to provide guidance, creative direction, and professional insight. Deliverables are limited to the scope of the booked session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. **Late Arrivals** Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival, out of respect for other clients. Additional time cannot be guaranteed. **Refunds** All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services or missed appointments. **Communication** Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of booking.
